About Company
Imprints Architects is an architecture and interior design practice based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The firm has more than 15 years of experience and provides end-to-end services covering planning, architecture, interiors, landscape and turnkey construction. Its approach focuses on connecting a client's aspirations and ideas with practical design and execution.
The firm's work spans several project categories, including residential, institutional, commercial and hospitality projects. Its portfolio also includes urban inserts, worksheds, modular kitchens, competitions and artwork. This range reflects an ability to work across different spatial requirements and project environments.
Imprints Architects places strong emphasis on understanding its clients before developing a design. During the initial interaction, the firm seeks to understand the client's functional requirements as well as personal interests, aspirations, ideas and vision. These inputs are developed into a design concept or narrative, which is then communicated through sketches, storyboards and images. Once the concept is accepted, detailed design and construction drawings are prepared.
The practice works with contractors and consultants during execution, researching suitable materials, construction methods, details and costs. It aims to use durable, cost-effective and lower-maintenance materials while incorporating energy-efficient considerations into its spaces. The firm also emphasises continuity of design details throughout a project so that the final space retains a coherent visual language.
Its philosophy is centred on creating a distinctive expression of the client's individuality rather than applying a standardised design approach. The firm considers architecture and interiors as tools for translating memories, experiences, personality and ideas into physical spaces. Its stated objective is to make the overall creation and execution process as smooth as possible while delivering spaces that feel individual and meaningfu
